On behalf of the NAME Foundation Board of Trustees, we would like to announce the 10th annual evening NAME Foundation Thomas Noguchi, MD Lecture, to be presented in conjunction with the NAME Annual Meeting in Louisville, Kentucky on Saturday, October 18th from 8 to 10 PM.
We are pleased to welcome Director & Producer Ben Hethcoat, who will share insights into his creative journey and the process behind making the film. Coroner to the Stars chronicles the extraordinary journey of Dr. Thomas Noguchi, the former Los Angeles County Chief Medical Examiner-Coroner whose groundbreaking autopsies forever shaped American culture. From Marilyn Monroe and Robert Kennedy to Sharon Tate and Natalie Wood, Noguchi's outspoken expertise pushed forensic science into the spotlight-even as Hollywood elites and political adversaries sought to silence him. A Japanese immigrant who unwittingly rose to fame in a city driven by stardom, Noguchi's fearless pursuit of truth often placed him in the cross hairs of controversy. Please note that this year attendance is FREE to ALL NAME Annual Meeting attendees. You will be required to wear your meeting name badge.
